Tash is a qualified INWA British Nordic Walking Instructor and a trained Outdoor First Aider. She has a passion for all things outdoor and a desire to see others fall in love with being out in nature and improving their health. A former runner, injury brought her to Nordic Walking and she hasn’t looked back! She loves to complete long-distance walks and explore new local areas. Other passions include Open Water Swimming and Paddleboarding. She firmly believes that Nordic Walking is suitable for all ages and every body and there are huge physical and mental benefits to be had from regular Nordic Walking.

“I have lived in a village near Malmesbury since the 1990s and until fairly recently, was working too hard, full time, with two daughters at university. Being made redundant was the opportunity I needed to redress the balance and to look at what was really important to me and my family. I had been curious about Nordic Walking for a while and took the opportunity to sign up to a Beginners Nordic Walking course in Feb 24 from which I haven’t looked back. Since then I have really felt the benefit and joy both of the exercise and the Nordic Nomads group, so much that I felt comfortable to embark on the Nordic Walk Leader role,
